Let me preface this post by saying something in advance, The community will always be split on this kind of topic, some people will disagree with it and say "No you cant do that" where there are others that will be 100% okay with it because it gets the things out there in the hands of others who unfortunately cannot obtain these items.

Im posting this PDF and the DVD contents, so that way others who will never get the chance to use them will be able to do so! Spending a lot of money on a magazine that literally cost $12 when it first came out.

That being said, I'm not going to be posting direct links to the contents of the DVD. But it is included with the PDF file, linked by a hyperlink button that has to be clicked on. So if you want to use the Mook for the useful information and also follow along with the many various tutorials inside you'll have to first visit that link.

So a few days ago I started on the journey of debinding my copy of the UTAU Starter Pack, to scan and then compile a PDF file of it for others to be able to use and look through.
As i have mentioned on twitter, its quite difficult to get your hands on a copy of the magazine nowadays because of the discontinuing of Windows100%, not to mention that the Starter Pack was released in 2012.

So obtaining a copy of the magazine with the DVD included is actually quite hard, and if you can find them on the US amazon page their most of the time quite expensive going for as much as $60+ sometimes depending on the volume of mook.
There will be people who will say to just buy from Amazon.jp but the issue with that is the most of the people who are selling their copies on there don't ship outside of japan, and it makes it not worth the money when you have to use a forwarding service.

I'm also looking for translation help for the mook, i have slowly started on the first few pages like the Contents page and the beginning of the How to DVD-ROM page. It would probably got a lot faster if i had some other people helping me translate aswell! If you want to help just reply here.

I compiled the PDF file myself, and i will be updating it every so often because of the way that Acrobat decided to chew on the quality lol. so sometimes the images get a bit grainy.

Question though, do you plan on doing the same thing with the other Windows 100% UTAU pack?
